This 3-day training program provides advanced continuing professional development (CPD) for accredited supervisors, equipping them with updated frameworks, ethical insights, and practical skills to enhance supervision practice.
Note:
This program is not a pathway to becoming an accredited supervisor. Accreditation is a separate process managed directly by the professional associations.
By the end of the program, participants will:
1. Demonstrate understanding of advanced supervision models and apply them in practice.
2. Navigate ethical and professional challenges in supervision with confidence.
3. Apply culturally responsive approaches to supervision.
4. Support supervisees managing complex cases, including trauma and risk.
5. Integrate reflective practice, research, and self-care into their supervisory role.
