The foundations for Emerging Supervisors is a three-day (3) professional development program designed to equip practitioners with the essential knowledge, skills, and reflective practices required to begin their journey as clinical supervisors.

Through a blend of theory, case studies, role-plays, and reflective exercises, participants will explore supervision models, ethical frameworks, cultural competence, and strategies for managing complex presentations. The program emphasises both supervisee development and supervisor self-awareness, enabling participants to confidently transition into supervisory roles while meeting professional standards for practice.
